Abstract Submission Guidelines:
We encourage all participants to submit their abstracts electronically, adhering to the following eligibility guidelines.
- All participants must submit their abstracts via email attachment before the deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted.
- Ensure that all relevant details are included, such as the author's name, abstract title, author's email, selected scientific session, and whether the presentation will be oral or poster.
- Please write your abstract in plain American English to allow reviewers to focus on the scientific content.
- There is no limit on the number of abstracts you can submit.
- Each abstract should only be submitted once. Submitting the same abstract under different author names or titles will result in disqualification.
- Submitted abstracts should not be under consideration by any other journal or conference.
- An internal panel of reviewers will evaluate the abstracts.
