Abstract Submission Guidelines
Authors are invited to submit abstracts for oral or poster presentations at the conference. The submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee, and the accepted abstracts will be included in the conference proceedings.
General Guidelines
- Abstracts must be written in English.
- The total length should not exceed 300 words.
- Abstracts should be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.
- Please include the title, author(s), affiliation(s), and contact details of the presenting author.
- Indicate your presentation preference – Oral or Poster.
- Abstracts should clearly state the objectives, methods, results, and conclusions of the study.
- Each presenting author must register for the conference to ensure inclusion of the abstract in the final program.
- Submissions will be acknowledged by email upon receipt.
Abstract Structure
- Title: Concise and relevant to the content.
- Authors and Affiliations: Include full names, institutional affiliations, and country.
- Background/Introduction: Brief context or rationale for the study.
- Methods: Key methodology used.
- Results: Summary of the findings.
- Conclusion: Implications or significance of the results.
